Predictions are guesses
A "prediction" on this site is a public guess about something that has not happened yet. The fact that someone with a good track record predicted it does not make it true. Don't make decisions in the real world based on a Cred-staked guess.
Creds are not money
Creds are an in-site unit of credibility. They cannot be cashed out. They are not a currency, a security, or any kind of regulated financial instrument. Don't treat your Creds balance as savings.
No endorsement
Links posted on the news feed are submitted by users. We do not vet them. The fact that a story is highly upvoted is not a guarantee that it is true, that the source is trustworthy, or that we agree with it.
Use your own judgement
Read carefully, check sources, ask questions. If something on this site sounds too neat, too lurid, or too convenient, it probably is.
